Free London stock footage wanted - help!

Does anyone have, or know where I can get hold of, some standard free stock footage of Big Ben/Houses of Parliament? Just can't afford to pay for it and live in the North so I'd be eternally grateful if anyone could save me a trip!

I just need no more than a minute or so on either CD/VHS or in some downloadable format.
